Creative Reset is a monthly evening where reflection meets creativity. Each session brings a theme, a conversation, and an art experience woven together into something you'll actually feel.
Sarah introduces a concept rooted in her coaching work. Soo guides you through an art exercise that brings it to life. And by the end of the night, the two come together in a way that sticks.
No art experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just a room full of people ready to slow down for a few hours and make something real.

What to expect
Each evening has a shape. Here's how it flows.
The Art
Soo guides a hands-on art experience tied to the evening's theme. All materials are included. No skill required. Just willingness to show up and make something.
The Teaching
Sarah opens with a theme drawn from her coaching work. Patterns, pressure, how we move through the world. Practical and grounding, not lecture-y.
The Close
Sarah and Soo bring the two threads together. You leave with both something made and something shifted.

She’s known for creating grounded, insightful experiences that leave people feeling seen, capable, and clear about what comes next.
Soo
ARTIST + CREATIVE GUIDE
Soo is a mixed media artist who works with alcohol inks, creating pieces deeply inspired by the healing process. She first discovered alcohol inks during a time when she needed an escape, and what began as a creative outlet quickly became a way to release, to breathe, and to transform emotions into something beautiful. Her work turns chaos into flow and heaviness into light - inviting viewers to feel a sense of calm, relief, and connection through color.
