Coaching for Coaches
Support for certified coaches building confidence, self-trust, and momentum.
You have completed a life coaching certification and you care deeply about the integrity of the work you want to offer. On paper, you are qualified. In practice, putting yourself out there can feel far more complicated than expected.
Instead of confidence, you may find yourself second-guessing your voice, overthinking how you show up online, or hesitating when it comes time to talk about your services. It is not because you lack skill or training. Confidence does not automatically arrive with certification.
I work with certified coaches who want to feel grounded and clear enough to actually use what they have been trained to do.
What This Work Is (And What It Is Not)
This is not business coaching focused on funnels, algorithms, or rigid strategies. And it is not about performing confidence or pushing through discomfort.
This work focuses on understanding what is happening internally when hesitation, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome shows up. We look at the narratives shaping how you see yourself as a coach and how those narratives influence your willingness to be visible, to sell, and to take up space.
The goal is not to change who you are.
The goal is to build enough internal trust that action feels possible and aligned.
The Focus of Our Work Together
At the core of this work is developing genuine self-trust and action-ready confidence.
Together, we explore the stories that quietly undermine your confidence, rebuild trust in your voice so your work feels grounded and authentic, and create a sense of internal steadiness that supports real movement forward.
Many coaches know what to do in theory. What they are missing is the felt sense of readiness that allows them to do it without forcing themselves. That is the gap this work addresses.
Integrating Consulting Support
Once there is more clarity and confidence internally, I integrate practical consulting support based on my experience coaching hundreds of coaches.
This may include guidance around common early-stage decisions, time-saving insights, or simply having a grounded space to talk through ideas with someone who understands both the internal and external realities of building a coaching practice.
This is not about copying what others are doing.
It is about aligning your actions with the clarity you are developing.
My Experience Working With Coaches
I have coached thousands of hours across multiple industries and worked closely with coaches both one-on-one and in the classroom as a Success Coach and assistant trainer with iPEC.
I have seen how often new coaches focus on getting everything right on the outside while overlooking the internal confidence that actually sustains a business. The pressure to perform, prove yourself, or feel ready before taking action can quietly keep you stuck.
My approach helps you shift from pressure and self-doubt to grounded action, so you can build momentum, trust yourself, and feel genuinely ready to share your work. That internal shift is what allows confidence to stop feeling forced and start feeling lived.
“You’re Certified. Now What?”
If you are a certified coach wondering how to move forward with more confidence, there are several ways we might work together.
You may want support quieting imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
You may want help trusting your voice enough to sell your services.
You may want space to build momentum without forcing yourself into strategies that do not feel aligned.
