You’ve been holding it together, keeping up appearances, but inside, something feels off. You’re used to taking on a lot—leading, pushing, striving—and maybe it’s worked for you in the past. But now, it feels like too much, and despite all your effort, you still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just... disconnected from the life you want.

Maybe it’s burnout from always being needed, the weight of constant expectations, or the feeling that no matter how much you do, it’s never quite enough. Or maybe you have a goal in sight, something you know would change everything for you, but no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to make the progress you want.

Coaching is a process that allows you to get clarity on what led you here, and how to move away from the negative patterns, at a pace that works for you. It gives you the space to take a breath, reflect, and begin to move forward in a way that feels manageable. Whether it’s to create more peace in your life or finally reach that goal you’ve been chasing, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and work through the patterns that keep you stuck. The process isn’t always easy—it often takes confronting some hard truths—but it’s the path toward the breakthrough you’ve been searching for.

What You Can Expect (Logistically)

Before our work together begins, we’ll have  a Discovery Session where we talk through what you are struggling with and gain more insight into what your obstacles are. By the end of that session, we’ll map out how coaching will support you in getting what you want.

The first session is an attitudinal and perceptual assessment called the Energy Leadership Index (ELI). This assessment will allow us to get clear on how you react to things in times of stress and in times of peace, in order to help us find what will best serve you. It allows you to better understand yourself, and have less self-judgment surrounding your obstacles.

After completing the ELI, we will dive into our deeper coaching sessions. We will prioritize each session based on your needs and goals, ensuring that you’re always in control of the work we are doing.
