Personal Coaching
When Your Life Looks Fine, But Doesn’t Feel Right
From the outside, your life probably makes sense.
You’re capable. Responsible. Doing what you’re “supposed” to do.
But inside, something feels off.
Maybe you’re single and quietly heartbroken about it.
Maybe you’re partnered, but your work leaves you drained and resentful.
Maybe it’s both.
What makes it harder is that when you try to name it, you’re often met with:
“At least you have a great job.”
“Everything happens for a reason.”
“Just focus on what’s good.”
So you stop talking about it.
You keep going.
And the disconnect grows.
This is for the woman who knows something is off, even if she can’t fully explain why.
Not because her life is falling apart.
But because it no longer feels like it fits.
If that resonates, this work deserves your attention.
Is 1:1 Coaching For You?
1:1 coaching may be a fit if you’re craving change, but not a complete overhaul of your life.
You’re not looking to burn everything down or start over.
You’re looking for:
• More ease in your day-to-day life
• A quieter mind at the end of the day
• Relief from constantly questioning yourself
• A way forward that doesn’t feel extreme or forced
You might find yourself thinking:
• “It shouldn’t feel this hard.”
• “I thought my life would look or feel different by now.”
• “What if I picked the wrong path?”
• “What if I wasted time and don’t know how to fix it?”
You’ve likely tried:
• Talking it through with friends
• Reading the books
• Working harder
• Telling yourself to be grateful
And still, the feeling remains.
Coaching gives you a space where that feeling doesn’t get minimized, dismissed, or rushed past.
We slow it down.
We get honest about what’s underneath.
And we work with it instead of pushing through it.
This isn’t advice-giving or step-by-step planning.
It’s a process of understanding the patterns you’ve been living inside and creating room to choose differently, at a pace that feels sustainable.
What Working Together Looks Like
Before our work begins, we’ll start with a Discovery Session.
This is a conversation where we talk through what’s feeling off, where you feel stuck, and what you’re hoping might shift. By the end of the session, we’ll have clarity on whether coaching is the right next step and how it could support you.
Our first official session includes an attitudinal and perceptual assessment called the Energy Leadership Index (ELI).
The ELI helps us understand:
• How you tend to react under stress
• How you show up when you feel grounded
• Why certain patterns keep repeating
For many clients, this is where self-judgment starts to soften.
Things that once felt like personal flaws begin to make sense.
From there, we move into ongoing coaching sessions.
Each session is guided by your needs, your goals, and what’s most present for you.
You are always in control of the direction and pace of the work.
What Clients Often Experience (Life-Wise)
Clients often come to this work feeling externally “fine” and internally unsettled.
Over time, many experience:
• A quieter internal dialogue and less self-criticism
• Greater clarity around what they want and what they’ve been tolerating
• More confidence using their voice, especially in family or work dynamics
• Relief from constant guilt or obligation
• A sense of agency without needing drastic changes
Topics that often come up include:
• Career dissatisfaction or transitions
• Relationship dynamics, romantic or otherwise
• Loneliness or feeling unseen
• Feeling stuck or on autopilot
• Decision fatigue and analysis paralysis
• Wanting to feel better without knowing where to start
You don’t need a perfectly defined problem to begin.
If something feels off, that’s enough.

Meet James
From daily dread to feeling genuinely in control at work
James came to coaching feeling stuck in a work environment he had slowly normalized. Together, we unpacked the patterns that kept him in hero mode, rebuilt his confidence, and helped him focus on what he could control. By the end of our work, James felt clearer, more grounded, and more in charge of his day-to-day experience.

Meet Mina
From constant striving to balance and fulfillment
Mina came to coaching feeling exhausted by her own ambition and never feeling satisfied with what she had accomplished. Through our work, she learned to slow down, recognize her wins, and shift how she measured success. By the end, she felt more present, grounded, and fulfilled both personally and professionally.
Don’t Take My Word For It
“I started working with Sarah at a point in my life where I was not sure what direction I wanted to go, In fact it was pretty chaotic. Right from the start, my sessions with Sarah guided me through some of my darkest days and also my highest triumphs. One thing I can always count on is her support and wisdom. Everything that we worked on together has managed to manifest in my life and I believe her guidance has helped me do that.”
- Liz
“Working with Sarah is inimitable and gratifying. She has a unique ability to listen and extract key points, even when you feel like you’re rambling. She asks all the right and challenging questions to help you get to the core of what is driving you, blocking you, or scaring you. Sarah is as authentic as they come; she is right there to genuinely celebrate your wins and keep you working through challenges. She is gentle, yet unyielding about pushing you to be the best version of yourself.”
- Kat
“It has been really great working with Sarah. I was a little skeptical before I started but working with her has completely changed how I approach my work life, and to a large extent my home life too.”
